• Video export and download capabilities
• Subscription-based access to premium features

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and account

4.3 Generated Videos

Videos generated by our Service are based on your User Content. You own the generated videos and may use them for any lawful purpose. However, you are responsible for ensuring your User Content and the generated videos comply with all applicable laws and third-party rights.

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Plan details, pricing, and features are available on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

5.2 Billing and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of the billing period.

5.4 Usage Limits

Subscription plans include monthly video creation limits. Unused videos do not roll over to the next month. Exceeding your plan's limits may require upgrading your subscription.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Our AI-generated videos are created automatically and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of generated content before use.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vidinie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

• Your User Content

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• We may delete your account and User Content
• You remain responsible for any charges incurred before termination
